1.0 Brief Introduction:
The HR Recruitment Section undertakes recruitment of non-executives based on manpower requirement of the Company. The advertisements for these recruitments are published and candidates are selected on the basis of the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the same.
1.1 Background:
A complaint regarding Qualifying Requirements being published in the advertisements was received. Accordingly, the Eligibility Criteria being published in the advertisement was verified with the approval of Competent Authority.
1.2 Implementation:
The following systemic improvements have been suggested:
The Non-Executive Recruitment manual being compiled by HR Department shall encompass all the eligibility criteria and procedures. Eligibility criteria proposed in the new Recruitment Manual for all posts may be reviewed to ensure uniformity in recruitment and the manual may be promulgated at the earliest.
1.3 Impact and Benefits:
These systemic improvements will increase the transparency and reduce the manual errors during the recruitment exercise of non-executives.
