The links to other government websites/ portals are available at the footer of MDL Website for user convenience. MDL is not responsible for the contents and reliability of the linked websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed in them. The mere presence of the link or its listing on MDL Website should not be assumed as endorsement of any kind from MDL.
MDL cannot guarantee that these links will work all the time and MDL have no control over availability of linked pages.
The clear indications are given on MDL Website when a link leads out to a non-government website.
When user leaves MDL Website by selecting an external link on MDL Website, the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the external website are applicable. MDL will not authorize the use of copyrighted materials contained in linked websites. Users are advised to request such authorization from the owner of the linked website. MDL does not guarantee that linked websites comply with Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).
Links to MDL website by other websites
MDL permits to link directly to the information hosted on MDL Website and no prior permission is required for the same.
However, owners/sponsors of the external websites on which MDL Website link is provided, are requested to inform MDL about the same. Subsequently, these owners/sponsors shall be intimated about any changes or updates conducted on MDL Website.
MDL do not permit to load MDL website pages into frames of another website. The pages belonging to MDL Website must load into a newly opened browser window of the user.
